Our Process

We measure the opening, sketch the design with you, and confirm picket pattern and finials before fabrication. In the shop we cut, forge, and weld the frame with MIG and TIG welds, then sandblast and apply a zinc-rich primer followed by a powder coat or enamel topcoat. On install day we set the posts, hang the gate, and check the swing and latch so it moves clean.
